Author Biography

Clementina Cantillo, Univerisdad de Salerno

Chair of History of Philosophy at the University of Salerno. Her main lines of research lie within the field of modern and contemporary philosophical culture, focusing on certain significant moments. Author of numerous books and essays. Among her most recent works Para una crítica de la razón vital. Between Hegel and Ortega (2016), Philosophy, Existence, History: Consonant Motifs in José Ortega y Gasset and Karl Jaspers, in “Studi Jaspersiani,” IX, 2021. Since the beginning of her studies, Professor Cantillo has also cultivated an interest in philosophy and music, which has given rise to numerous publications aimed at exploring the links between philosophy and music.
