The Political Philosophy of the Great Thinkers of the “Edad de Plata”

Abstract

In the “three masters” José Ferrater referred to, we can find traces of what, maybe in a far too pacific and non-critical way, is usually called Political Philosophy, and which is rather a place for disagreement when it is not a place for open confrontation and fight between both terms. But from that same resistance to its fitting in, there are remaining pieces we precisely lack in order to try to understand something that always ends up being built and which builds us. This is the “political philosophical” challenge the three major philosophers of the so-called “Silver Age” left formulated.
