Abstract

Given the problem of building a way of thinking that links “men” and “ideas”, whose main lines are formulated by Ortega in Meditaciones del Quijote, in the decade following the publication of this work, exposes the integration of estimation in the perspective and delimits his understanding of value and meaning. Within the framework of his effort to overcome what he means by “idealism”, Ortega synthesizes the personal dimensions in the figure of heroism, exposing a thought closely linked to the dynamism of life.
